XXXIV, ANGEL II
Wings enfold me,
Hold me close.
Keep me warm,
From this unholy ghost.
Unholy ghost, what is it;
But me.
Tainted by evil,
Not all eyes can see.
But your eyes see;
And you seek to balance
The evil within me.
Seeking a way to free,
The restless spirit trapped inside,
Before this fragile body dies.
Yet all this fallen angel has,
Is one plea.
That you of all beings,
Would learn to love me.
